VapeOz Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for visiting VapeOz. We are an Australian Business committed to the supply and best pricing of Vaping Accessories and equipment. Please have a read through our information relating to our Shipping and Delivery processes and policy.

01. Dispatch

All orders placed with VapeOz are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Depending on your shipping method, dispatch may occur sooner (in the case of Local Pickup, or Same-Day Express Delivery if ordered before 3 PM AEST).

At high-volume times, dispatch may be slowed, however, you’ll be kept informed throughout the entire process and you’ll be notified via email and/or text message when your order has been processed.

02. Shipping rates

Orders over $100 automatically qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that there is no Free Express Shipping option at this time. Should you wish your order to be processed via something other than free standard shipping, the options are available for you to select at Checkout.

  • Standard Flat Rate shipping is charged at $12.99 and has an average shipping time of 3-8 business days
  • Express Flat Rate shipping is charged at $14.99 and has an average shipping time of 2-4 business days
  • Same-Day Express shipping, if ordered before 3 PM AEST on a weekday will be delivered by 9 PM that same day (next business day if placed after 3 PM, or on a weekend/public holiday) and is charged at $24.99

03. Shipping confirmation and tracking

When you’ve placed your order with us, you’ll receive an email and text message letting you know it's been dispatched. This email will include the Shipping address that you’ve provided.

This is where the package will be sent.

Please verify and correct any issues by calling us directly on 02 9159 1054. VapeOz will not be held liable for the loss or costs incurred from an incorrect shipping address.

04. damage and loss during transit

VapeOz understands that accidents do happen and there’s not much that can be done. That is why with each package sent via Standard Shipping (including free), there is limited insurance coverage added for that extra piece of mind.

Please note that this insurance only covers loss or damage whilst in transit. Once the package has been delivered to the shipping address, the coverage ends. If you fall victim to a porch pirate (they’re real), then it becomes a Criminal Theft matter for the Police. VapeOz and it’s partners carry no liability for theft from your home.
