All products directly purchased from the VapeOz official online store (, except clearance and ex-display products, consumables, and rebuild-able products, are no longer covered or issued with a warranty due to Government legislative changes (“warranty period”).

Warranty Returns

Warranty Claims cannot be guaranteed due to Government legislative changes – Please contact for further information prior to completing your purchase. 

DOA Returns

In the case of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) situation, where the product fails to perform its described function from the box, you’re able to return within the first 14-days of original purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of Mind returns are only applicable to certain items. Consumables and rebuildable products are exempt from Change of Mind returns. Items such as MODs, Tanks, Batteries and other hardware are acceptable.

Please contact the VapeOz Customer Care team to confirm if your order/item can be returned as a Change of Mind.

Note that Change of Mind returns are accepted within 14-days of original purchase only and will incur a 15% restocking fee and must be unopened and unused; without exception.

After reporting your intention to return and receiving confirmation from the VapeOz Customer Care team to send, please address all returns to the below address. We also suggest adding tracking on your return.

Timeliness of Refunds

Should a refund be awarded, VapeOz will process your refund through the original payment method. Please allow between 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and to appear in your original account.

Late or Missing Refunds

As there are more than a few hands involved in completing a refund, if your refund has taken longer than 5-business-days, please first, contact the VapeOz Customer Care team to confirm the refund has been processed at our end. Then contact your bank. Ensure that there are no hold-ups there. If all else fails, contact the VapeOz Customer Care team again and we can see what we can initiate from our end.


VapeOz accepts no liability for any package that is lost or damaged being returned to us. For costly items, please ensure tracking and insurance are added to avoid any unnecessary complications.

Shipping costs of returning items to VapeOz will not be covered by VapeOz unless it is a confirmed warranty issue. In this event, shipping will be reimbursed to you after providing proof of purchase for shipment.
