1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

VapeOz is an Australian online retailer of the following products for adults of legal age:

  • Vape starter kits, pods, tanks, mods, batteries, chargers, coils and accessories
  • E-liquid (freebase and nicotine salt formulations, sold only where compliant with current Australian regulations)

3. Australian Regulations Notice

VapeOz complies with all applicable Australian laws and regulations governing the sale of vaping products, including:

  • Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requirements for nicotine-containing products

Important: Since 1 October 2024, all nicotine e-liquid sold in Australia requires a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, in line with TGA scheduling changes. Pre-filled disposable vape devices available on this Website are sold in compliance with current regulations and do not require a prescription to purchase. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their state or territory.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Transfer and Afterpay.
  • Full payment is required before dispatch.
  • If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard shipping: AU$15 (free on orders over AU$200)
  • Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST
  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days
  • All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or outside Australia

  • Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
